The common feature I’ve found in both artist is that their works play have this special ability to lure in the audience naturally, they do not need to provide any instructions what so ever, which to me, is very powerful. They let the work do the talking themselves and the audience is attracted to the mystery within each creation. With the ambiguity that came along with the mystery, the audience is encouraged to investigate the work out of their curiosity. This desire to find out and to know more automatically allows the audience to interaction in some way with the work, in which many cases, this interaction can be quite intimate whether the audience themselves realizing it or not...

From watching the film and analyzing them - I’ve came up with three main keywords that make the films “erotic” in my perspective...

Films Analysis: From the films, I’ve separated them into categories within the concepts that I felt relevant to the idea of “erotic” which are; desire, mysterious, and momentary. These concepts can be relate back to the artist models, The similarity between these films I’ve studied and the artists models is that they all work with ambiguity, not knowing exactly. they do not aim to portrait the utmost truth but lured us in and left room for our interpretation and imagination. Since we were provided to weave the rest of the stories by ourselves; the total experience is different in everyone of us. For me, this is quite important, to have the “experience” that is unique to you, as with the idea of “erotic” - the idea varies from one to another...
