EROTIC ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHY

Location: Siam Intercontinental Hotel

My idea of erotic architecture tells about how the facades of the two building joined together

and created an eroticism between both of them.

The facade of the left building display in a curve line while the right building is a grid.

The curve of the left building means a gesture of a women while the grid of the right building means a gesture of a man.

 BTS siam station 1

The naked and immersive structure build with the pure material. 

It is smooth and curved. Nothing is unseen.

Huge structure with shadow with a true material does not cover with any paint.

The dirt and filth underneath show the age and the history about it.

 Central World

The lamp and hole have the erotic yellow light with the gradient along the stainless line.

Escalator

The escalator has warm yellow light along with the shiny handle.

What captures my attention to take this photo is the moment the ambient lighting changes to this color, an inviting color which blends well with darkness

This art display gives the sense of organic growing form which emerges from a center. The light
enhances its dimension and in a way I feel it resembles the blooming of a flower.

From the bottom to the top of this structure, there is a connectivity of all elements. The materials used to construct this is in contact with one another like the branches.

The curves when taken from this perspective seems like it is the transition from lose to concentrated.

 This picture was taking at the 30th floor of condo near ratchada road which for me the landscape give the feeling of curious and familar because this is things that people only from the top will would see the sign of "olo".

 

This picture was taking at the BACC building while i am walking in the hall way and saw the picture of a tube from far away and when i walk to it, it shows me the in side of the tube which is like something that press down to hole. The end of the middle object make me feel excited and pressure which i would imagine to anything that it could be.

The installation in BACC that when i walk in to it i feel not thing at first, but when i see the composition of the object clearly and the dim light that make the part of the installation reflect to the mirror give me feeling of romantic.

The building at siam square, this was taking when i am taking the bts back to my home and i saw the curve with the light that give the feeling of relax. The cure i would imagine of the female's body so i decided to take a shot.

The shaded area of a smooth concrete column of BTS station gives the feeling of groping on a flat and cold surface. And combine with another half that was under the hot sunlight, the feeling of comfortable and warm happened to me.

This one was taken at Sao-Ching-Cha. I felt that the red pole is burning and too hot to be under the bright sky of a lively day. Personally, Its the feeling of hell that too close to heaven. However, the angle I chose is way too bad to encourage erotic to happends from the brain.

I tried to focus on the strength of a cannon by chose to capture the front view of it. As you can see, the cannon hole is like mysterious, too dark to see what is inside and the black hole is sucking you in. Its like walking in an empty dark space, completely lost you vision, even thought you know there is nothing in front of you but you still dont want to take the next step.

The moment I took this one is a little bit cold so the light beam that came through the empty space between BTS rail create the feeling of being touched by the appropriate sunlight, not too hot and too bright, which provides warmness and a second of peaceful to me in the middle of one of the most crowded area of Bangkok

Erotic photos

This image is from"Wat Kak" at Silom rd. It gives some erotic feeling from the building sculpture that is not so many clothes cover the bodies. The history story that this temple has built because the god inside is god of love and people go there to ask for love relationship.

Somehow this Millennium Condo building at Asoke station give the feeling of erotic at the curve alon the building and how it interact to surroundings.

This Coca-Cola roof is located at Siam. The curve of the bottle itself creates erotic image of human's body curves, and that it lays down horizontal to the ground would give the feeling of lay down body.

This is a lamp from BACC. I took this picture under the lamp. It gives the feeling of erotic at the black cable or black wire in the middle. It looks like a sperm that goes into the white hole and the color of the light is ivory, or cream which represents calm, soft, and peaceful.

I took this photo at BACC. It's a stairs case that it seem like endless whirl. The whirl curve of the stairs case figured me the women's shape. 

This photo was took at the skywalk at CTW.  It is the roof of the skywalk way but if you upside down the image  it can be imagined as 2 walk way that is separated from the same origin.  I imagined of human's legs in this photo.

I took this photo at Suvarnabhumi Airport. I was taking this pic from the top floor of the airport. There are many level of  escalators from big to small scale as you can see. I imagined of human's legs.

This photo is also took at Suvarnabhumi Airport. They are the columns of the airport that looked a little bit complicated. I imagined of that 2 biggest columns are human's legs.

Department store- Terminal 21 ( BRIDGE & CEILING)

This was taken while I was standing at the first floor the two colors RED & BLUE have capture my attention from the contrast which it has makes with the surrounding. And it is because of the colors that is so bright make it very attractive.

It is the colors combination in this picture which create the impression here, especially with the background layer which have tones of skin color.

ALL SEASON PLACE

It was taken while I was walking around in the wireless road area. Due to the perspective of the building at this point here which is pointing straight toward the sky. 

  

 CONDO (Rama 4 Rd.)

It is the shape of the which makes me see it so erotic and especially when I look at it in this perspective this brings me to see it even more in erotic way.

The connections of the BTS line is what compelling. I love  how two lines are going toward each other, and the bridge-like in the middle connect those two together, it gives a sense of they are being pull toward each other.

Attraction , Siam paragon

This photo was taken at siam paragon mall, this is a hanging lamp. when i walked to the theater floor  the first thing that attract me is this lamp. for me, this was very attracting.

The architecture here is very remarkable , how the circular ramp and void in the middle composed together.

The atmosphere , Bang rak fire station

What is alluring in this place is the beautiful atmosphere. the warm yellow light shining through the window and the shadow it creates on the wall is remarkable.  at the place if you stand right next to the window you could feel the breeze and the view from river. what a astonishing atmospher.

PROJECT 1 : EROTIC ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHY

PICTURE 1 It is erotic in term of its shape and its repetition.The shape is erotic because  it is round shape with a hole, also it is not a flat surface but have its volume.The repetition makes it illusion to the viewer,when we see it in a distance it become something that look like a modular.

PICTURE 2 It is erotic in term of its corner ,the light  and the shadow.The corner of each wall is not meet each other perfectly so there is a space between the wall thats make the corner interesting.The light that pass through the pattern window create also an interesting shadow.

PICTURE 3 It is erotic in term of its depth,the entrance shape,the light and its color.The depth,the light and the color pursued people to go inside to find out whats inside because its look mysterious.The entrance shape is an oval shape.Overall it can create the illusion for the viewer.

PICTURE 4 It is erotic in term of its color and its shape.The shape look like the entrails ,create a repulsive feeling and a confusion for the viewer  and the color that is unclear because it is a mix of lots of color create an illusion also the confusion for the viewer.

THE EROTIC ARCHITECTURE

  As the erotic can be defy in many ways. 

In the feeling of tension intimacy

In the feel of intriguing or intimate or dominant or exciting

In your pulse  In the dilatation of your pupils

In things that affect us in the certain way

My photographs was taken at Central Chaengwattana in Nontaburi.

Central Chaengwattana is prominent for the design of red.

Red is color of Passion. The color of Blood and Fire.

Which I suppose it could translate well to the Eroticism.

Both of two sculpture form was to be played with eyes,the sense of movement through the shape that curve.to 

These two photo is the light ornament of Central Chaengwattana - 

The ornament is in pattern repeated and in color of bright red.

This was the sculpture in BACC. The holes within holes gives a feeling 

of hiding, mysterious and want to seek more.

This is the base of the column at BACC. The reflection of warm light on the

base material show stronger curve of its shape which makes it feel emotional.

This is the corner of the room. The faded light from the 

rooftop gives an increasing of feeling.

This is the escalator taken at BACC. You can see the line that all go 

into the same direction which gives a more depth of view.

For me erotic architecture is about sensation, I took this picture in my bedroom. The idea was I was to share morning experience of everyday life. 

Under the science building near siam square – While waiting for my friend I look around and saw the moving shadow reflect from the ground. Lighting and all details on the ground make me feel like the picture was actually alive.    

Building on Satron road - The last two were different than above because I was taken it on propose. Building ornaments was attractive both in colors and curved appearances.   

Central World interior – the shape of ceiling was basically expression of erotic.
