CHACHA, CHATHURATTAPHOL, project1

This photo was taken at a corner of a building. The electric wire wind around a white painted pole and walls convey the feeling of being tortured and suffocation . The marks from the wrapping indicates the tension and that it has been there for a while and the building seems unhappy about it.

This shot was taken while walking through an old plaza around my house. It intrigues the human mind of a haunted and spooky architecture. The architecture is old, covered with stains and very much filthy. Being behind bushes and tree bark, the building was pushed back away from human interactions. It triggers the human curiosity. What is inside? Will there be spirits floating around? What happen to this place?

The photo shows the wreckage of architecture. Human built it and destroyed it. The roof was taken off, and it seems like a hurricane have pass through it. The scenery once again present eroticism in the context of sabotage and destruction.

The last photo from the series shows a deformation of architecture through time. We can quite imagine how this metal pipe holder was firstly assemble and after being there for a very long time and standing through horrible weather, it has transform. The peeling of the walls, the water stain, the rust all contributes to creating a experience or wreckage and destruction.
