 INSTALLATION DRAWINGS:  WANDERING IN WONDER

The overall of the installation didn't come out quite well. The mood I try to present didn't reach that level as I expect it to be. Some of the viewers didn't know what all these photos mean by looking at their expression.

The big mistake of all is my installation needs daylight. To completely fill the sensation, sunlight would be the best to light up the installation rather than using artificial light.

Moreover, the instructors gave an advices of open windows to let the wind in as making a better wind circulation since I didn't turn on the air conditioner. But the problem is wind will make the photos twist and tangle so I have to close all. Another thing is the newspaper on the wall completely distracted the viewer, made the instructor thought it was also part of my installation.

Other suggestion from friends is having real grass on the floor and walking with bare foot. Some said there should be white birds .

Viewers tended to go outside rather hanging around. As from their reactions, it was quite far from its concept so that I will have to say my installation wasn't quite successful due to the overall outcome.

So after getting all advices and suggestion, it would be nice to make another version of the installation in daylight as i want it to be. I photoshoped grass and place in the site change from night time to day time. The result came out like this.
